Why it is priced this way

Four choices, and the reason behind each.

Made for one kitchen, not a head office

Many food cost tools are priced for restaurant groups, often with a setup fee and a price you only get after a sales call. Foodnance is for independent restaurants, bakeries and cafés, so the price is on this page.

You pay for inventory only if you use it

Reading invoices and costing your recipes is what most kitchens need first. Counting stock is extra work for your team, so it sits in Pro instead of being built into everyone's price.

One price, no tricks

No setup fee, and no annual contract to sign. There is no discount to chase and nothing to work out.

Canadian dollars, Canadian kitchens

Foodnance was built by a Canadian restaurant manager for Canadian independents, and it is priced the way you already do your books: in CAD.

How Foodnance is different

Compared with a spreadsheet, and with tools built for bigger businesses.

Invoice in, costs out

With a spreadsheet, you re-type prices from every invoice and update each recipe yourself. With Foodnance you photograph the invoice, and your recipe costs, dish margins and P&L update automatically.

You check it before it counts

The AI reads each line, and it can make mistakes. Every invoice waits for someone at your kitchen to check and confirm it, and nothing counts toward your costs until you do.

Built by someone who ran the kitchen

Foodnance comes from a restaurant manager with over ten years of kitchen experience, and customer feature requests are welcome.
